Job Summary
Conduct speech therapy services to help patients communicate, swallow, and remediate disorders or deficits. Design individualized rehabilitation plans and execute them with patients to restore, reinforce, and enhance speech and communication abilities. Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity while collaborating with peers for referrals. Manage daily tasks including equipment cleaning, reporting, and meetings within skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient, or home-based settings. Licensed and certified as required in the state of practice. Salary range $38.00 - $43.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association", "Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice
