Job Summary
As a Speech Language Pathologist at Powerback, you design and deliver comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing therapy across patient settings to help individuals communicate effectively and regain independence. You assess disorders, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes. You’ll educate patients and caregivers to promote ongoing skills, work across diverse environments (home, school, facilities, clinics), and contribute to a mentorship culture through ongoing CEUs and professional development. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, are licensed or credentialed per state requirements, and may qualify for H-1B sponsorship and relocation support. The role offers full-time hours, a salary range of $40.04-$46.00 per hour, and opportunities for professional growth within a leading rehabilitative care organization.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
