Speech Therapist Per Diem-ESCR

Conduct initial and ongoing speech-language evaluations, including oromotor feeding assessments and annual hearing screenings for children ages 0-21. Deliver treatment services and perform therapeutic feeding interventions while developing and reviewing patient care plans with the Physiatrist. Supervise graduate students or CFY candidates as assigned and provide patient education through verbal explanation, visual demonstration, or written documentation. Complete required reporting activities, including daily therapy notations, progress reports, and rehabilitation rounds, while complying with ESCR policies on quality assurance, safety, and confidentiality. Participate in departmental in-services, staff development activities, and clinical quality assurance initiatives.
