Speech Therapist

Home Health Speech Therapist needed to provide skilled speech-language pathology services in patients' homes. Responsibilities include assessing speech, cognitive and swallowing needs; implementing therapeutic interventions; educating patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety; maintaining patient records in accordance with federal and state regulations and company policy; collaborating with the care team to promote independence and quality of life. Requires a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, California SLP license, CCC-SLP, and current CPR/BLS; must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance. Position is remote with services delivered in the USA; mentorship available for those new to home health.
