Job Summary
The Speech Therapist for the Pediatric Outpatient department is responsible for independently evaluating patients, developing treatment plans with goal-directed objectives, delivering and documenting care, and providing discharge planning for all physician-referred patients. This role includes supervising and directing the activities of support staff while adhering to ethical standards, state and national regulations, hospital standards, and departmental policies. Candidates must possess a license as a Speech Therapist in Missouri and obtain CCC designation within one year.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a Speech Therapist in Missouri
- Must already have or obtain CCC Designation within one year
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 30 days
