PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a Skilled Nursing Facility providing assessments and treatment for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders; develop and implement individualized therapy plans; educate residents, families, and staff; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; monitor progress and document outcomes; on-site with flexible PRN scheduling; licensure in Colorado required with CCC-SLP preferred; opportunity to work in a trusted senior living community.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Colorado
- CCC-SLP certification from ASHA (preferred)
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings (a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work on a PRN basis
- Proficiency in documentation and EMRs
