Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services for patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while reviewing patient information before evaluations. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, document findings, and assist in collecting patient outcome data. Instruct and direct support staff, supervising assistants as outlined in state Practice Acts. Adhere to state and federal regulatory license and certification guidelines as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team. Requires a Master's degree, Speech Pathologist licensure, and CPR/BLS certification. Located in Templeton, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or foreign equivalent
- Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations
- Access to and reading of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' speech language pathology experience
- American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
