Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services for patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Review patient information before and during evaluations, then document comprehensive assessments and assist in collecting outcome data. Instruct and direct support staff while supervising assistants per state Practice Acts. Maintain licensure in California and hold required CPR or BLS certification. This part-time, day-shift role is located in Templeton and requires a Master's degree in speech language pathology.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or foreign equivalent
- Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations
- Access to and reading of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' speech language pathology experience
- American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
