Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services for patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while reviewing patient information before evaluations and documenting comprehensive assessments. Assist in data collection of patient outcomes and instruct support staff in accordance with state Practice Acts. Supervise assistants and perform other assigned job-related duties. Maintain Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice and hold required CPR or BLS certification. Join the interdisciplinary care team at Adventist Health Twin Cities in Templeton.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or foreign equivalent
- Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations
- Access to and reading of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' speech language pathology experience
- American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
