Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments for communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while reviewing patient information before and during treatment. Document findings, assist in collecting patient outcome data, and instruct support staff in accordance with state Practice Acts. Supervise assistants and perform other assigned duties as part of the interdisciplinary care team. Maintain required Speech Pathologist licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and ASHA CCC. Requires a Master's degree and two years of speech language pathology experience. Located in Templeton, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or foreign equivalent
- Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations
- Access to and reading of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' speech language pathology experience
- American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
