Speech Therapist - Mobile Outpatient

The Speech Language Pathologist will provide in-home outpatient speech-language pathology services to older adults, in settings such as private residences or facilities, delivering evaluation and treatment across cognitive-communication, speech intelligibility, oral motor skills, and swallowing (dysphagia). Responsibilities include developing and implementing treatment plans, directing patient participation, coordinating care with the rehabilitation team and caregivers, supervising CFYs/students as allowed by licensure, maintaining timely documentation and billing records, attending care conferences, and ensuring a safe home environment. The role requires adapting plans to individual patient needs, ordering/advancing adaptive devices as needed, and facilitating referrals to other disciplines. Licensure in the relevant state(s) is required, along with a valid driver's license or reliable transportation; the posted range is $41.00–$61.00 per hour.
