Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home/outpatient rehabilitation services for older adults in various settings, including patient residences and assisted living facilities. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders; coordinating care with the rehabilitation team; supervising CFYs/students; ensuring timely documentation; and facilitating evidence-based therapy plans. Must hold a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the practicing state(s) and have reliable transportation. Posted salary range: $41.00-$61.00 hourly.
