Job Summary
Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct Speech therapy services in a skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with federal and state standards; maintain documentation and records; conduct screenings to determine need for intervention; interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents, families, and the care team; ensure effective communication regarding speech therapy programs; contribute to professional growth and quality care within the facility. Requires active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility), advanced degree (M.A./M.S.) in Speech-Language Pathology, and CCC or CFY status. Location: Boston, MA with on-site work; in-house rehab team and benefits package provided. Interviews hosted in person or virtually.
Required Qualifications
- Active state license or license eligible in Speech-Language Pathology
- M.A. or M.S. in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited college
- CCC or in CFY and eligible for licensure
