Job Summary
Speech Therapist in Acute Care for Canton, GA hospital. Provide speech therapy services for acute care patients per physician orders, addressing stroke/neurological outcomes, dysphagia, respiratory compromise, and cognitive impairments. Serves ICU and general acute care populations; collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans; documents patient progress and treatment plans accurately. Requires active SLP license and CCC-SLP, minimum 2 years of experience; acute care experience preferred; MBS/FEES proficiency preferred; weekend rotation required. BLS certification.

- Ability to work required weekend rotation (minimum 2 weekends per 4 weeks, 4 preferred)
