Job Summary
Assess patient care needs for speech and language disorders, functional training in communication, swallowing, and cognitive impairments, and determine treatment plans. Perform interventions to improve patient well-being, evaluate progress, and apply diagnostic tests to assess functional ability. Treat patients to communicate effectively, observe and report responses to treatment changes to supervising staff, and instruct patients, families, and caregivers on therapy participation. Requires a Washington Speech Therapy license, current driver's license, and vehicle access. Salary ranges from $90,712 to $136,068 annually for full-time employment.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of Washington
- Current driver's license
- Vehicle insurance
- Access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
- Pass a drug test before beginning employment
