Provides home health speech-language pathology services in patients' homes or facilities, evaluating and directing treatment plans, administering diagnostic tests, training patients and families in communication strategies, documenting care plans and progress, and coordinating with care teams; requires current SLP license, CPR, driver's license and reliable transportation; six months of experience; TB screening and driver qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum six months experience as a speech therapist / speech language pathologist
- Current and unrestricted license
- Current CPR certification
- A valid driver‘s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
