Job Summary
Conduct assessment and evaluation of patient care needs for speech and language disorders, functional communication training, and interventions for swallowing and cognitive impairments. Develop treatment plans based on these evaluations and monitor patient progress. Maintain current ST license, CPR certification, and valid driver's license with vehicle insurance. Work in Home Health at Piedmont Augusta Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a program accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation (CAA)
- Currently licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of practice
- Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
