Job Summary
As a Home Health Speech Therapist at CenterWell Home Health, you will evaluate, direct and provide speech/language pathology services to patients, develop and review treatment plans, and administer diagnostic tests. Key responsibilities include documenting patient conditions, providing patient and family training, and participating in care coordination. Required qualifications consist of a Speech Language Pathology license, CPR certification, and at least six months of experience. This position offers a pay range of $85,400 to $117,500 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Meet the education and experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA
- Minimum of six months experience as a speech therapist / speech language pathologist
- Current and unrestricted license
- Current CPR certification
- Good organizational and communication skills
- A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
