Job Summary
Provide speech-language pathology services in home health settings, including evaluating, directing and delivering therapy to patients at home or in facilities; participate in development and review of Plan of Treatment and Plan of Care; assess and treat disorders of speech, voice, language, hearing and swallowing; administer diagnostic tests and document progress; train patients in alternative communication methods; counsel patients, families, and healthcare staff; maintain and submit required documentation and participate in care coordination and discharge planning. Requires minimum six months of experience, active license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Schedule includes 40 hours per week with base pay range of $85,400-$117,500 per year; TB and driver-safety program requirements apply.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum six months experience as a speech therapist / speech language pathologist
- Current and unrestricted license
- Current CPR certification
- A valid driver‘s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
