Job Summary
Provide in-home speech-language pathology services as a licensed SLP in California through a contractor arrangement with a therapist-owned home health therapy referral network. Responsibilities include evaluating patients in their homes, developing and implementing care plans, delivering skilled interventions for speech, language, voice, cognition, and swallowing disorders, educating patients and their families, and documenting progress in accordance with payer requirements and regulatory standards. Opportunities span multiple Southern California counties with flexible scheduling and autonomy to select referral opportunities aligned with availability and service area. Must maintain professional liability insurance and reliable transportation; license must be current in California. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Current California Speech-Language Pathology / SLP license
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Professional liability insurance
- Ability to provide services as an independent contractor
