Speech Therapist, Home Care

Provide speech therapy services in patients' homes across Arlington, Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, Melrose, Revere, and Somerville as part of Mass General Brigham Home Care. Deliver clinically focused, 1:1 speech-language pathology services in home settings, collaborating with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to identify needs and coordinate care. Manage evaluation, Plan of Care updates every two weeks, documentation, scheduling, and coordination with managed-care payors. Maintain compliance with agency and state guidelines, support patient safety, and contribute to measurable functional outcomes in a home health context. Schedule is typically Monday–Friday with an anticipated caseload of visits per day, plus planning and documentation time; hybrid on-site/remote work arrangement as applicable. Licensure and Massachusetts Board registration required; minimum of two years’ experience in acute care, rehab, or homecare in a speech therapy role; proficient with relevant software and a strong client-centered, autonomous practice.
