Job Summary
Provide in-home speech and language therapy to clients recovering from illness, injury, or developmental delays. Create personalized care plans based on evaluations and treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Document progress in the secure EMR system and collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to educate them on exercises and strategies for success. This Per-Diem role offers flexible hours, weekly pay, and mileage reimbursement within a supportive, nurse-led environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- 1+ years of experience
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
