Job Summary
Provide in-home speech and language therapy to clients recovering from illness, injury, or developmental delays. Create personalized care plans based on evaluations and treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Document progress in the secure EMR system while collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members. Educate families on exercises and strategies for success. This Per-Diem role offers flexible hours, weekly pay with direct deposit, and mileage reimbursement. BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is accredited by The Joint Commission.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- 1+ years of experience
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desired Qualifications

- CCC-SLP from ASHA
