Job Summary
Provide in-home speech and language therapy to clients recovering from illness, injury, or developmental delays. Create personalized care plans based on evaluations and treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Document progress in the secure EMR system and collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members. Educate families on exercises and strategies for success. This Per-Diem role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay with direct deposit, and mileage reimbursement. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- 1+ years of experience
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
