Job Summary
Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a home-based setting serving Loudoun County, VA (Leesburg, Ashburn, Sterling, Purcellville, Middleburg, Hamilton, Round Hill, Lovettsville). Conducts comprehensive assessments of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing; designs and implements individualized treatment plans; provides hands-on therapy and at-home exercises; educates patients and caregivers; collaborates with an interdisciplinary team; maintains accurate documentation; requires Master’s in SLP, Virginia SLP license, and CPR, with 2+ years of experience. Flexible scheduling and opportunity for advancement; home-health environment with autonomy and patient-focused care.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Virginia SLP license and CPR certification
- 2+ years of experience as a Speech Therapist (home health experience preferred but not required)
- Strong clinical judgment and evidence-based practice skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) is a plus
