Job Summary
Responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing structured treatment for patients in Pediatric Rehab. Essential duties include collecting and interpreting diagnostic data, developing treatment plans, supervising treatment activities, ensuring timely patient care activities, accurately capturing patient charges, and maintaining documentation. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, and a current Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist license. Requires attention to detail and experience in a Rehabilitation Services setting.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited school of Speech Pathology
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or licensed Speech Therapist
- Current Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist license or Conditional licensure
- Minimum of one clinical rotation in a Rehabilitation Services setting
- Valid drivers license and proof of auto liability insurance
