Job Summary
Speech Therapist (Full Title: Speech Therapist – Full Time, Rehab) provides evaluation and treatment across speech, language, hearing, and dysphagia rehab. Responsibilities include designing and overseeing comprehensive rehabilitation programs, promoting patient and caregiver self-determination, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring discharge goals are met, and advocating for patients. Requires in-depth knowledge of growth and development, ability to interpret data, and familiarity with EPIC charting. Settings may include inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, community-based care, and home health care. Qualifications include a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CCC or eligibility, with one to three years of experience.
