Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (Full Time) providing in-home and facility-based speech therapy services, including evaluation, treatment planning, and patient-family education; responsibilities include administering diagnostic tests, interpreting results, developing and reviewing Plans of Treatment and Care, observing and reporting patient progress, using alternative communication systems when appropriate, maintaining documentation, and participating in care coordination and discharge planning; requires ASHA CCC in SLP or Audiology, minimum six months' experience, home health experience a plus, and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Meet the education and experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA
- Minimum of six months experience as a speech therapist / speech language pathologist
- A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
