Speech Therapist with a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology provides objective assessments and comprehensive individualized treatment programs for patients of all ages under supervision in Mercy Rehab Springfield. Responsibilities include performing initial assessments, documenting information per departmental policies, administering modalities, exercise regimens or treatment procedures, promoting department education, and performing miscellaneous duties. Must demonstrate knowledge of needs across age groups from neonatal to geriatric and be able to respond to emergency situations. Inpatient physical medicine setting with opportunities to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and participate in care improvements.
