Job Summary
Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Perform dysphagia assessments, recommend diet modifications, and educate residents and staff on communication strategies. Document evaluations and treatments in compliance with regulations, collaborate with team members to support resident goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Required Qualifications
