Job Summary
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) needed at West Bend Care to screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders; develop and implement appropriate care plans; deliver rehabilitative treatment and modify services based on patient evaluations; provide consultation to patients, families, and other providers; and generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical standards. Eligible candidates are licensed in Speech-Language Pathology and may join at all experience levels. The role supports a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and quality resident care in a skilled nursing facility.
