Job Summary
Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders; develop and implement a plan of care; provide rehabilitative, skilled treatment; evaluate treatment outcomes; provide consultation to patients, families, and other service providers; prepare comprehensive discharge summaries; document all required information in the electronic documentation system. Work within an in-house therapy team at a skilled nursing/rehabilitation facility. Qualifications: Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. New grads welcome. Pay rates flexible and based on factors.
