Job Summary
Design and execute individualized speech and communication programs to remediate disorders and deficits in patients across skilled nursing, assisted living, and home-based settings. Deliver direct therapy focused on restoring speech, swallowing, and communication abilities while training patients and caregivers to promote independence. Collaborate with peers to coordinate care and manage equipment, reporting to meetings as needed. This role supports the company's mission to help older adults stay active and thrive through personalized rehabilitation services delivered where and when needed most.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice
