Job Summary
Conduct speech-language pathology treatment plans for patients with cognitive-communication, swallowing disorders, and dysphagia, including screening, evaluation, and implementation of therapeutic techniques. Screen for hearing deficits, order supplies, maintain equipment, and adapt plans based on individual patient needs. Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to select regimens, make referrals, and contribute to staffing conferences while adhering to state licensure requirements and CMS supervision standards. Complete a 36-week Clinical Fellowship supervised by a licensed SLP, communicate status updates to supervisors, and ensure patient safety by eliminating hazards. Earn $44.00-$50.00/hr with H-1B sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice
