Speech Therapist

Conduct thorough evaluations, create and implement individualized treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing services, and document care in the EMR. Educate patients and caregivers, promote safety and independence, and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to achieve strong clinical outcomes. Deliver in-home care to adult and geriatric patients within a supportive, growth-focused environment centered on compassion, integrity, and excellence.
