Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist provides resident rehabilitation care across multiple facilities with travel between sites. Responsible for evaluating resident needs, establishing and managing treatment plans, coordinating supervision with staff, conducting screenings, maintaining clinical documentation and billing records, contributing to marketing efforts, and participating in ongoing training. Travel to other facilities for service delivery is expected. Requires a Master’s Degree in Speech Therapy and an active SLP license in the operating state; prefer experience in older adult rehabilitation and familiarity with regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications

- Current and Active Speech Language Pathology license within the state of operations
