Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Lexington, MA responsible for providing resident care in a skilled nursing setting. Primary duties include evaluating residents, establishing effective treatment plans, coordinating supervision with staff and other disciplines, screening residents, maintaining accurate clinical documentation and billing records, supporting center processes, assisting with marketing efforts, and traveling to other facilities as needed. Requires a Master's Degree in Speech Therapy and an active state license. Preferred experience in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of governmental/regulatory guidelines in healthcare settings. Full-time role at CareOne at Lexington.
