Job Summary
Provide speech therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. Deliver clinically driven, patient-centered treatment decisions within a skilled nursing and outpatient rehab environment. Participate in specialized on-site training during paid work hours and follow residents across the full continuum of care, including inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness services. Work in a non-profit setting offering tuition reimbursement, student loan forgiveness after 10 years, and a 401(k) match. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- An active Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
- A valid Speech Language Pathology license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred)
