Job Summary
Conduct speech therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. Deliver clinically driven, patient-centered treatment decisions while following residents across the full continuum of care, including inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness services. Provide input into programming, systems, and creative idea sharing within a slower-paced community environment that focuses on prevention. Salary includes 75% productivity benchmarks. Requires a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology, an active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, and a valid state license.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- An active Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
- A valid Speech Language Pathology license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred)
