Job Summary
Conduct intake evaluations, annual reviews, and screenings for preschoolers' communication and feeding/swallowing skills per ASHA guidelines. Develop and implement individualized therapy programs utilizing state-of-the-art techniques while participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, consultations, and module reviews. Maintain clinical documentation including evaluation reports, daily logs, IEPs, and program effectiveness assessments. Serve as a child advocate in internal and external meetings. Maintain open communication with parents, staff, and agencies while demonstrating flexibility and self-evaluation. Requires a Master's Degree in Speech Pathology, licensure, and NYS TSHH certification.
