12-month Action Packed Graduate Program for Speech Pathologists designed to turn new graduates into confident clinicians. You will support participants in the community, school or clinic; complete assessments and write reports; support participants and carers to achieve goals; enjoy weekly supervision, monthly workshops and mentoring; and gain business and professional skills. The role includes travel reimbursement, a $1,500 external CPD allowance, performance-based incentives, and tools like a laptop, smartphone and clinical toolkit. Flexible work arrangement offered (Office/clinic, Home or café) with a hybrid in-person/remote setup, and salary with a guaranteed base of $86,800 AUD including super (approximately USD equivalent after conversion).
