Job Summary
Graduate Speech Pathologist program offering structured, mentored experience across community, school, and clinic settings. Responsibilities include supporting participants with therapy and completing assessments, writing reports, advocating for and working with participants and carers to achieve goals, and engaging in 1:1 supervision, monthly workshops, and mentoring. Includes guaranteed salary of $86,800 (incl. super), travel reimbursement, external CPD allowance, and a suite of benefits such as laptop, smartphone, and indemnity insurance. Flexible work arrangement (Office/clinic, Home, or preferred cafe) with hybrid remote options in Dandenong, Victoria. Must be SPA-registered or eligible upon graduation and be a licensed driver with your own vehicle.
