Speech Pathology - Clinical Fellow

Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment while celebrating patient victories. This Clinical Fellow role operates under the guidelines of a supervising speech-language pathologist within Encompass Health's inpatient rehabilitation network. You must hold a current state license in Speech Language Pathology, with a CCC expected within two years, and obtain BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Inpatient rehabilitation experience is preferred.
