Speech Pathologist

Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans for patients; identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary; track and document patient performance, progress and response to treatment; celebrate patient victories while providing essential therapy and support in an inpatient rehabilitation setting for Encompass Health, a national leader in rehabilitation. Must hold state licensure or certification, CCC, CPR within 30 days, and typically possess a Master's degree (or BA with field experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
