Job Summary
Evaluate and assess patients to develop and administer personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track, document, and respond to patient performance and progress; celebrate patient victories while contributing to a collaborative inpatient rehabilitation team at Encompass Health. Requires licensure/certification as an SLP, CCC certification, and CPR (or obtain within 30 days); Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with relevant experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CCC (Certification of Clinical Competence)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
