Job Summary
Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary; tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; celebrating patient victories along the way. Requires current licensure or certification, CCC, and CPR certification (or timing for obtainment within 30 days). Master’s degree is preferred or a Bachelor's degree with field experience. The role is within Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation setting with focus on delivering evidence-based speech-language pathology services.
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure or certification
- SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
