Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans for patients; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; celebrate patient victories while contributing to a collaborative team in a national inpatient rehabilitation leader; leverage cutting-edge technology and a supportive environment at Encompass Health, a leading rehabilitation company, to help patients overcome communication challenges and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC--SLP)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
