Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language pathology treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment, celebrating patient victories along the way. Requires current licensure or state-regulation certification, CCC, and CPR certification (or within 30 days of hire); Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s with field experience. Working within a national inpatient rehabilitation environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
