Job Summary
Evaluates, assesses, develops, and administers personalized speech and language rehabilitation treatment plans; identifies issues and modifies therapy as needed; tracks and documents patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; celebrates patient victories while contributing to a team at Encompass Health, a national inpatient rehabilitation leader, with opportunities for professional growth and ongoing education; requires licensure or certification, CCC, CPR within 30 days, and a Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with field experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.
