Speech Pathologist - Speech Therapy - Per Diem

Speech Pathologist needed to provide a full range of speech therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and contributing to program development, quality improvement and productivity. Requires a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders, ASHA certification (unless CFY), current state licensure, and BLS certification. Per diem, outpatient services, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team are involved, with emphasis on accurate assessment, goal setting, progress documentation, and discharge planning.
